TERMS, CONDITIONS, LIABILITIES AND CARGO INSURANCE:
Terms are Net 15 Days. A-1 Air Cargo, Inc., shall not be liable for: any loss, damage, delay and/or mis-delivery caused by acts of God, authority of Law, strikes, civil commotion, weather or traffic condition; damage/loss of articles loaded and sealed in packages by the shipper; consequential damages of any kind. Unless a greater value is declared at the time of placing the order, the shipper agrees and declares that the value of each shipment and A-1 Air Cargo Express’ maximum liability per shipment is not over one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). An additional charge of $1.00 per hundred (or fraction thereof) above the first hundred shall be assessed to shipments with a declared value over $100.00 but not to exceed five thousand U.S. dollars ($5000.00). Shipments containing items of intrinsic value are limited to a maximum declared value of $500.00 in any event. These include: Artworks, Jewelry, Furs, Money, Precious Metals, Stocks, Bonds, Negotiable Securities, Food Stamps or their equivalents.
